Facity
I worked as a Product Analyst on a project where I conducted preliminary market research through surveys and focus groups. I analyzed large amounts of data using SQL and Tableau, utilizing my data analysis skills. My responsibilities included monitoring the market and developing competitive analysis, using Trello to assign tasks and maintaining an Agile framework. I also researched and analyzed new market trends in the company's niche.

Our first step was to identify our target customers and carry out the market research through interviews. The data was then analyzed to get insights that helped us identify the problem and develop the product further. The proposed customers are Students in Tertiary Institutions.
